Built in 1972, Hyannis House is a community dedicated to providing residents a place to enjoy a relaxing way of life, where one can enjoy the company of friends and family alike and live an active lifestyle. At Hyannis House, residents can afford a year round rental in the beautiful town of Hyannis in Massachusetts at an affordable price.
Hyannis House is a community intended as housing for residents 55 years and older. There are 111 units primarily of one and two bedroom units with various floor plans. Our monthly rent includes heat and hot water.
Amenities include: Laundry room, Elevator, Parking, Holiday Parties, Bingo Night; Thursday Morning Coffee for Residents; Party Room for private functions; Two Laundry Rooms on each floor; Men's & Women's Exercise Rooms; Library Room; Card Game Room; Guest Rooms for Residents' family and friends; Friendly on-site management and maintenance staff; and secured building.

Door to door ride by appointments are available to give you access to where ever you may need to go. Bus services are also available to and from Hyannis to Boston.
Our apartment complex is in the heart of Hyannis located near numerous attractions. Hyannis is a village that is a part of the Town of Barnstable. It is the primary ferry boat for passengers to Nantucket Island, with rides also available to Martha's Vineyard. Hyannis also has the largest recreational boating. There are many beaches, fishing areas, shell fishing areas, spas, art galleries and more in Hyannis and the surrounding areas. Hyannis is an incredibly sought after destination in Cape Cod.
